Breathing

I found that it’s of utmost importance to check your diaphragm no matter what issue you are coming into the clinic with. 

If there are problems, I’ll do diaphragm release and diaphragm neuro re-ed. 

But it’s not just breathing that will improve. Low back pain and neck/upper back/ shoulder issues improve by having me work on your diaphragm.  The body is all interrelated. Come learn more how and why and see the difference it can make for you.
