Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Thursday 7:30am-3:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm

Do you accept insurance?
This is an out-of-network self-pay practice. Payment is by cash or check.

If you have insurance, you’ll need to check what your “out of network” benefits are for physical therapy. You will pay for the PT session during the time of the visit, and then I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What is the pricing?
$125 per 60 min visit

What are the benefits of self-pay?
There are no limits, and the motivation in choosing treatment options is always what benefits you the most. For example, you may need a lot more manual therapy in order for you to do your exercises effectively. Most insurances dictate the number of visits you receive, which can be frustrating.  Most of my patients end up wanting me to work on multiple body parts because of the whole body approach.

What should I expect during my first visit?
I will perform an initial evaluation and then develop a treatment plan for you. Wear comfortable clothes that give easy access to specific body parts that need working on.

What is usually included in a session?
I usually begin with dealing with restrictions/ tension.  Then, I retrain areas of weakness/ instability. I end with teaching you appropriate exercises so that you can keep what has been gained. I will make sure you perform the exercises correctly and progress you as needed.

How long will it take to see results?
It depends! If your issue is more current, the results usually come faster.  If the issue is chronic and strong compensation patterns have been allowed to develop over a long time, then treatment will also take longer in order to break muscle memory.
