Foot Pain

Many clients have been wearing orthotics to help alleviate foot pain, but many still suffer with foot pain and plantar fasciitis. Though orthotics can be helpful, there are usually other muscles that are causing feet pain.

In an initial assessment, we test the strength of your glutes, legs, hips and feet.

Often we find that there is a pattern of weakness in muscles that leads to foot pain.

Some things that my clients have found helpful include:

  • This Foot brace to wear at night for plantar fasciitis
  • This strap for stretching
  • A series of stretches and strengthening exercises to do each day
  • Hands-on muscle work in our office

If you have foot pain, contact us today so we can help you with your foot pain. You do not have to be in pain all the time!
